A complex hybrid using the natural hybrid from Mexico of T. tomasellii x fasciculata and crossing it with a T. fasciculata from the Dominican Republic, identified as T. fasciculata var. venosispica.  The branched inflorescence grows to more than 12 inches in height. The  red bracted spikes and pale-red to pale-green with royal purple flowers.  Narrow, silvery leaves which in high light will develop a touch of purple in the foliage.
