There are multiple forms that resemble Tillandsia fasciculata growning throughout Mexico.  They vary in shape and color of inflorescence, sometimes there are multiple colors on the same tree. This one has narrow grey-green leaves with a tall digitate inflorescence that has orange-red to light green paddles. The petals are light purple.
