Tillandsia chiapensis x tricolor, made by Koide.  Narrow upright lepidote leaves which are silvery and blush pink in strong light.  Usually produces one simple chiapensis-like inflorescence which develops the pink and yellow coloring typical in tricolor hybrids.  Purple flowers. (cross #156, 1988)
