The heat pack is definitely worth the investment if you are buying plants in the winter months. It was still warm when I opened the box. The plants arrived in excellent condition!

The Uniheat 96 hr shipping warmer is recommended for orders that are being shipped to colder climates. They do not guarantee that your plants will not freeze, but we have never had a problem when using them. Once activated, they will provide warmth to your package. If temperatures are very low, we recommend holding your order and shipping once temperatures rise.
Most orders require only 1 Uniheat pack. If your order is larger and requires additional heat packs, we will advise you prior to shipping.

Good Investment
This heat pack works very well. I could feel the heat on the box before I opened it up. Needless to say the plants looked great.
