The heat pack was still warm when I opened it, and the plants were very healthy in handling what at the time was freezing temperatures. As a side note I also accidentally placed my entire order as a pick-up due to my own misunderstanding, and customer service promptly sent a very cordial email making me aware of this with many different available options. After it was changed to shipping, the plants were shipped immediately on the same day, and the customer service was very friendly and responsive the entire time. This is definitely one of my favorite reliable plant shops to order Tillandsia from!
