This is a hybrid of Tillandsia seleriana X ionantha registered by P. Isley. Blooming plants are not more than 5 inches tall. it's looks almost identical to T. John's Clone which is a reverse cross made by J.Arden. T. John's Clone is almost twice as tall as T. Tina Parr is a small plant, larger than T. ionantha but much smaller than T. seleriana. It has a bulbous base and secund growth habit. The inflorescence does not extend beyond the leaves and the leaves will blush red when blooming.
