This is a complex hybrid using the pollen from Tillandsia fasciculata var. densisipica (Dominican Republic) onto the natural hybrid of T. fasciculata X tomasellii. As is typical in complex hybrids there is more variation in the grex. This selection will be name T. Summer Breeze. It has long narrow white leaves which blush pink when blooming. The inflorescence is tall, leaning/arching and as if it has been caught in a summer breeze.
