General: Prices stated are for mail order only and are F.O.B. Carlsbad, CA. Plants shipped will be medium-sized offsets or larger. In some instances, only larger specimen size plants will be available, at a higher price. If so, you will be notified for authorization prior to shipping. All plants will be shipped bare root. All offerings are subject to prior sale, and prices are subject to change without notice. California residents please add 7.75% sales tax.

Minimum Order: $50.00, not including freight and packing.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic:  All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Actual shipping charges will be billed plus a $5.00 per box packing and handling fee. 

Hawaii: Include a copy of your import permit and an additional $30.00 for the Certificate of Origin.

International: Minimum order $100.00; payment must accompany order. Include a copy of your import permit with order.  Phytosanitary certificates are $40.00 each.  Most orders will be shipped via Air/Express Mail Service (EMS).  Larger orders will be shipped Air Cargo.  If paying by check or cashiers check, add 25% for shipping.

PAYMENT:

Substitutions: Occasionally it may become necessary to substitute size or variety. We recommend that you list a second choice wherever possible. Please indicate if you do not want to receive a substitute. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will add your name to our computer-based want list, and you will be notified as soon as the plant becomes available.

Special Orders or Requests: You may call or fax your special orders or requests anytime, and we will do our best to help you. We currently have over 1000 species and hybrids in propagation. Some species have a limited availability. We are maintaining a computer-based want list for anyone who is interested in rare plants that we are propagating. When they are available, they will be distributed to those on the list on a first-come, first-serve basis.
